Granite Mountain Outfitters (GMO) thanks you for taking your time to read our Terms & Conditions on this page.

Granite Mountain Outfitters complies with all federal, state, and local laws that restrict the sale and transfer of firearms, magazines, ammunition, and any other restricted sporting goods related products.

The Gun Control Act (GCA), regulating the transfer and/or sale of shotguns and rifles, and ammunition for shotguns or rifles may be sold only to individuals 18 years of age or older.  All firearms other than shotguns and rifles, and all ammunition other than ammunition for shotguns or rifles may be sold only to individuals 21 years of age or older.

Please know It is YOUR responsibility to know your local and state laws which may prohibit or restrict your ability to purchase certain products that GMO offers for sale.

Inaccuracies

GMO values your business and goes to great lengths to provide outstanding customer service and a great experience. But despite our best efforts, a small number of items could be mispriced or described inaccurately.  If an items actual price is higher than our stated price, GMO, at our discretion, will either contact the purchaser for instructions before shipping or cancel their order with notification.  We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy of information including prices, images, and specifications.  We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Trademarks and Copyrights

All content on gmountainoutfitters.com including page headers, logos, images, illustrations, graphics, audio clips, video clips and text are subject to trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights by Granite Mountain Outfitters. You may not download, copy, reproduce, modify, publish, or distribute any of the shown content without written permission from GMO.

Price Changes

Product prices and specifications are subject to change and/or cancellation without notice.

Your Affirmation to GMO:

  • I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance.
  • I have never been and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
  • I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.
  • I am not a fugitive from justice.
  • I am currently not subject to a restraining order of any kind.
  • I have not been adjudicated as a mental defective and I have not been committed to any mental institution.
  • I am not an illegal or unlawful alien.
  • I have never been and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
  • By selling or delivering ammunition to me, Granite Mountain Outfitters is not violating any state or local law or ordinance.
  • I am not currently less than twenty-one (21) years old.
  • I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.

Due to various state and local laws and internal policies, not all items advertised for sale are available in all states.

**ALL FIREARMS MUST BE SHIPPED TO A VALID FEDERAL FIREARMS DEALER (FFL) **

You agree to supply only accurate, current, and complete information when setting up an account on this site, making a purchase, or otherwise using the site or related services. You also agree to review and correct any information that is supplied to you or that GMO draws from to ensure that it is always accurate. GMO reserves the right to delete information by any member at its discretion.

Protecting Your Account

Some portions of this website permit username and passwords to be used. You are responsible for protecting your unique username and password and you agree to be responsible for all activities performed under your user account.

Granite Mountain Outfitters bears no liability for any loss or damage arising out of, or relating to, the Granite Mountain Outfitters website, or products, services, or any other performance under, or pursuant to these terms (including liability for negligence).  We assume no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any viruses that may infect or damage your computer equipment or other property as a result of your access to, use of, or browsing of this website, the web, or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video, or audio from this website, or the web. We do not warrant nor represent that your use of materials displayed on this website will not infringe rights of third parties not owned by or affiliated with us.

All items purchased through the Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

Product Warranty

Contact the manufacturer for all products we sell for manufacturer warranties which may cover defects or product failures found during the active warranty period.

Changes to our Terms & Conditions

You agree that we may at any time amend all or any part of these Terms, including, without limitation, establishing, increasing, or decreasing the charges for products or shipping made available through the Website.  Any amendments to these Terms become active and in affect immediately upon posting.

Governing Law

These Terms will be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and of the State of Arizona, without giving effect to any conflict of laws to the contrary. Any action arising out of, or relating to, this Agreement may be brought in any state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction situated in Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
