RETURNS POLICY
Granite Mountain Outfitters (GMO) wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and currently offer a 14-day return policy from the date the purchased items were delivered with the following conditions and exclusions:
Some items are NON-RETURNABLE for safety reasons. These include: Firearms, bows, ammunition, optics (unless the optical device was unopened and sealed in original packaging), defensive sprays (i.e., bear spray, pepper spray) reloading components, underwear, mouth calls or clearance and sale items.
Firearms are non-refundable and final once transferred. Please be absolutely sure your order is correct. Once your firearm arrives at your transferring dealer, please inspect it before completing the transfer paperwork. If damage is discovered, please contact us immediately and DO NOT complete the transfer paperwork. If you take delivery of the firearm and later find an issue, it will need to be sent back directly to the manufacturer for warranty or repair issues.
For all other returns, please send an email to returns@gmountainoutfitters.com and include the following information:
· Name & Telephone Number
· Order Number
· Item(s) being returned
· Reason for return
· Pictures if applicable
Shipping will be the responsibility of GMO if we made an error or the item is found defective upon arrival.
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7- 10 days to process.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted for a refund. Please contact us for return inquiries prior to sending back your item/s.
Warranty Claims
All items are shipped new and most will have a full manufacturer warranty. Please work with the manufacturer for any warranty claims if necessary.
Late or missing refund
If you haven’t received a refund into your financial account after 10 days, please verify it’s not in a pending status. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@gmountainoutfitters.com
